The kwikstage galvanised diagonal brace 2.70m fits into the outside “V” section on the kwikstage scaffold standard. As a result, the scaffolding resists lateral movement. However, in certain circumstances, over 4 metres, either outriggers or tying into a structure shall be required.  Installation is always diagonally across the full width of the scaffold at every 3rd bay.
