The Kwikstage Painted Intermediate Standard 2.0m has a series of “V” presses welded at nominal 500mm centres on the tube to provide a location for ledgers and transoms. Made from 48.3mm diameter steel tube with a wall thickness of between 3.2 and 4mm. The base of each standard connects to a base plate, which helps distribute the weight that each standard bears.
