Placed horizontally the Kwikstage Galvanised LadderTransom 1.8m forms an opening inside the scaffold bay for ladder access.
The Kwikstage Ladder Transom  connects across two ledgers.  Secured at each end to form an opening in the scaffold bay. Generally, used in a 2.4m kwikstage scaffold bay and where the 1.8m scaffold boards create the platform. The 0.6m opening is for ladder access.
Kwikstage Galvanised LadderTransom 1.83m firstly, they are manufactured using 48.3mm scaffold tube and secondly, an inverted “T” section for secure and correct board location.
